The ILB24 is designed to handle all the tasks an intelligent line breaker could be used for. It provides a straight forward solution to monitor and shutdown the pipeline in case of an emergency. The controller constantly monitors the pressure of the pipeline and will shut down the flow of the pipeline if abnormal pressure is detected.
The controller comes in various enclosure types that are suitable for all kinds of hazardous environments and have the appropriate area approvals for these environments.
ValConnect is a free software provided by Val Controls which can be used to configure all types of controllers sold by Val Controls. ValConnect is typically used when the controllers are initially set-up.
To configure the controller ValConnect must be downloaded to your PC and the PC connected to the USB-port located on the controllers local user interface.
With ValConnect it is possible to:
• Configure multiple units with the same configuration
• Save configuration for documentation
• Update software on the unit
• Monitor and control all in- and outputs
