The IDC24-CF is an intelligent Partial Stroke Test controller for spring-return actuators, housed in a compact SS316L enclosure designed for Ex areas. The enclosure features gland holes and accessible mounting brackets for easy installation.

Equipped with a built-in pressure transmitter and position sensor, the IDC24-CF enables precise solenoid valve testing and accurate actuator position monitoring.

The controller is compatible with hydraulic and pneumatic actuators. It requires no additional wiring, allowing users to retain their current limit switchbox and add the IDC24-CF as an add-on, whether for retrofitting or new installations.

With optional Local Control Panel (LCP) integration, a 4-20 mA signal for position indication, and remote control via HART, the IDC24-CF ensures seamless control and monitoring of actuators.
